Lyon O. Is such a talented and efficient dental hygienist. Im so impressed with how thorough he works and how fast at the same time. He is super helpful with my questions and knowledgeable in his field would definitely recommend! Erica at the front desk on the other hand is not very warm and lacks empathy. Im concerned I may not be a patient after im done with my ortho visits for Invisalign. The ortho front desk folks are super awesome, sweet and kind. It’s the dentist side front desk that always gives me heartburn and feel like a burden and not a valued customer. They also tend to patronize a bit with their tone and makes me feel like less of a person.
